Our company is an environmental protection firm that designs and manufactures eco-friendly equipment for energy conservation and emission reduction. We are now looking to apply for funds for these purposes; does anyone know the application process? I’ve looked up a lot of information, but I haven’t found any documents regarding the application process for these funds intended for energy conservation and emission reduction. If anyone knows, please let me know; I would be very grateful.
You can find out the procedures by consulting the pollution control department of the local provincial or municipal environmental protection bureau.
Under normal circumstances, it is stipulated by documents issued by the local economic commission or development and reform commission!
1. First, there must be a feasibility study report for equipment production (signed by a consulting firm with Class A qualifications). 2. A funding application report must be prepared (signed by a design and application firm with Class A qualifications). 3. Approvals and reports related to environmental impact assessment and safety assessment as part of the feasibility study report. 4. An evaluation report of the project as outlined in the feasibility study report (prepared by a professional firm). 5. A letter of commitment from the lending bank regarding the funds required. 6. The application form submitted to the Development and Reform Commission.

Reply to 2# fangqiong: Do you need to call for consultation? Can I get from them materials on the application process for funds related to energy conservation and emission reduction? I previously checked the websites of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Science and Technology Commission, but I couldn’t find the form for applying for funds related to energy conservation and emission reduction; I only found the Interim Measures for the Management of Financial Incentives for Energy-saving Technological Upgrades. Thank you to the moderator for the help
Reply to 3# sgwj: This fellow traveler is right. Hehe, when I was looking for information earlier, I came across some documents issued by the Development and Reform Commission and the Economic Commission regarding energy conservation and emission reduction, but I couldn’t find any information on the specific procedures for applying for funds related to these efforts. I wonder if sgwj has seen any information regarding the fund application process? Thank you
Reply to 7# *atianyezi: It is necessary to go to the Development and Reform Commission or the Environmental Protection Bureau (Department) in order to get information, as this special fund for energy conservation and emission reduction is managed jointly by these two departments.
In fact, while having solid technical skills is important when applying for projects, what’s even more crucial is the influence and connections of the company. For ** projects, things are okay, but locally, connections play a key role.
To find a good path, if one’s own company does not have strong connections in the right places, it is very difficult to get approval by applying on one’s own
