Piping purging issues for installing programmable control valves

The sealing surfaces of programmable valves are prone to damage; therefore, during installation, all pipelines must be welded with TIG welding as a base layer, and the inside of the pipelines must be kept clean to minimize the presence of weld splatter and slag； Before installing the programmable valve, the pipelines and adsorption towers should be cleaned using soot blowing or blast cleaning; this is the principle to follow. However, when welding the pipelines, it is common to install the valve first and then weld the pipelines. Due to the large number of valves in the PSA system, if all valves were to be removed before purging, blasting would not be possible; some pipelines could only be removed and tapped, but it seems that the valves still need to be reinstalled when purging the main pipelines. I wonder if there’s a better way to purge it?
