Drinking alcohol causes internal heat

I get inflamed as soon as I drink alcohol; when I’m inflamed, my teeth hurt; and when my teeth hurt, I can’t sleep or eat. It’s not okay not to drink; the boss keeps an eye on our performance. Guys and girls, do you have any tips that can help me improve my tolerance for alcohol while still being able to finish what I drink without getting sick? I’d appreciate any advice
I drink beer; it’s fine if I don’t drink too much, but I vomit if I do. . .

Take a sip of alcohol, then immediately drink a sip of water – give it a try

Still drink too little. Drink more to train yourself and thus improve your tolerance for alcohol, haha – that’s my suggestion
