How can one make a stylish career change?

Currently, I’m working in operations, but I’ve always been interested in sales. I feel that I have some talent in this area; however, I just don’t know how to make a successful career transition? After all, operating is my first job, and I’ve been at it for almost 2 years now! ! Dear readers, please give me some advice! !

I have the same idea. I work in technology, but I also want to get into sales, so I’m sitting here and listening to the opinions of the experts. :)

Then resign resolutely and change careers.
