What is the current effectiveness of ultrasonic electrodesalination? How do its performance and cost compare to those of demulsifiers?
There are too few companies that use it; as far as is known, only Qilu Petrochemical uses it, and stable crude oil properties are required to ensure satisfactory results.
It works well; the overall performance is good, and almost no demulsifier needs to be added. The salt content after desalination meets the standard at 100%.
