Problems encountered during the commissioning of spray saturators and solutions

Since the operation of ammonium sulfate production in our company began, the resistance in the saturator has experienced significant fluctuations, often changing rapidly between 2000 and 6000 Pa. This leads to excessive pressure behind the blower, forcing us to raise the shut-off valve for ammonium sulfate, which severely affects the normal production process. To address the aforementioned issues, we conducted an internal inspection of the saturator and found that there was severe accumulation of debris in the box at the gas inlet. We cleaned away this debris, removed the temporary supports used during equipment manufacturing, and added cleaning nozzles in the front chamber. After putting it into use, we adjusted the cleaning method, focusing on enhancing spraying in the front room. Practice has shown that the above approach is very effective. Currently, the saturator resistance remains below 1000 Pa.
