When filling the fermentation tank with liquid and placing it in the plate and frame filter, what pumps do people choose?
Some use centrifugal pumps, while others use screw pumps – which one is better?
Screw pumps or diaphragm pumps are more suitable.
It depends on what kind of material you are sending. If it contains no particulate impurities, choose a magnetic centrifugal pump; if it does contain such impurities, then opt for a screw pump
If it is to be fed into a filter press, a screw pump should be given priority
Be more specific so that everyone can discuss it
For a neutral, high-viscosity medium free of solid particles, a triple-screw pump can be considered.
