Is the inspection rate for pipes containing benzene 20% in all cases?

The inspection of pipelines made of benzene as the medium is carried out at a rate of 20% in accordance with SH standards. But at what proportion of benzene is this standard applied? If the benzene content is 10%, does the testing ratio need to be so high?
According to GB 5044-85, benzene is classified as a substance with high levels of hazard in occupational settings; therefore, it is recommended to apply strict standards, and a ratio of 20% is not considered high enough
Uh. . . I still think that if the benzene content is below 10%, it can be handled through normal pipelines; I’m not sure though whether that will work

According to the Petrochemical 3501 regulations, benzene pipelines are classified as SHB1. It is not specified what the exact content is, so testing should still be carried out according to strict requirements
Benzene belongs to Category A1 fluids, and 100% non-destructive testing should be carried out
According to GB50517-2010, 100% testing is required
