Can ordinary low-alloy steel pipes be welded using carbon steel pipe frames?

The pipe material is ordinary low-alloy steel; I want to create an F-type leg pipe rack. Can carbon steel pipes be used directly for welding in this case? Besides stainless steel pipes not being weldable to carbon steel, what other materials cannot be welded to each other directly? ?
Such issues have been discussed endlessly in this forum as well as on the Internet; please do some research before posting your question

For brackets, they can be welded using steel pipes or other types of profiles. I’m not sure why you’re mentioning the welding of steel pipes; do you perhaps want to weld brackets directly onto the process pipelines? Doing this won’t work. Also, stainless steel and carbon steel can be welded; the right electrodes and welding process are all that’s needed.
Can WB36 and 20 steel be welded directly without a transition zone?
