My understanding is as follows. This water meter is a commercial water meter, like the ones used in our homes. But this water meter allows you to deposit money into it, just like our bus cards: 2 yuan is deducted each time it’s used, and the account needs to be topped up again once the money runs out. This water meter is being tested for accuracy; therefore, it is stated in the parentheses that the accuracy value can be found in the Excel sheet. When the test bench starts supplying water, as long as there is pressure in the water meter, water will keep flowing out continuously. Then the test bench stops supplying water.
