Are there valves installed on the three-spin catalyst pipeline?

A new catalytic unit with a capacity of 1.8 million tons is being built; there are no isolation valves designed for the pipelines from three spinners to four spinners. Everyone involved should discuss whether it is necessary to add another valve.
There is no need to add another valve; there is a shut-off valve from the four-spin pipeline to the critical nozzle.
Our unit has a manual valve between three rotations and four rotations. As long as the valves are of better quality, it’s fine to add one as well
It’s better not to add it. Our 3.5 million tons/year plant doesn’t have it:):):):)
The valve has been removed; leaks were caused by the valve packing and gaskets, as well as wear of the valve disc. By removing the valve, maintenance-free operation is now possible
Most of the three-rotor and four-rotor units across the country don’t come equipped with manual valves, so it’s better not to add them; those areas are the most prone to wear and tear
