It might be due to an excessive radial clearance in the bearing, or issues with installation

Actually, there are two possible reasons why the TRG gauge of the shielded pump shows the yellow zone: 1: Electrical fault; 2: Mechanical failure, which includes two scenarios. (1): The radial clearance of the new bearing is indeed significantly out of tolerance ; (2) The clearance between the bearing housing and the casing is severely out of spec; regardless of how good the bearing clearance may be, the bearing housing already causes an excessive deviation between the axis and the centerline of the casing. The poster can check the fit clearance between the bearing housing and the casing!
Is the impeller also worn? The rotor shaft needs to be aligned during assembly.

TRG is an electromagnetic type bearing detector; newly installed bearings fall in the yellow zone: 1, installation issue; 2, the shaft is slightly bent.
Was the shaft checked for any issues before installation?
