I would like to ask for information on negative pressure benzene removal – what are the advantages of this method, and how is it actually used in practice?
Negative pressure benzene removal eliminates the need for steam-based benzene removal, thus saving energy. The benzene-water separator has a very low water content, which reduces the need for wastewater treatment. Additionally, the oil content with benzene is relatively low, at around 0.1%; after benzene washing, the benzene content in the gas is less than 1 gram per cubic meter, resulting in high yields. However, the safety factor of negative pressure is not as high as that of positive pressure. I have not used this method myself, but I am keeping an eye on it
