In chemical production, excessive motor current can disrupt normal operations. What are the main factors that cause high motor current? Let’s talk about it

In the actual operation of factories, the main issue I encounter is overload; many clients are unwilling to spend more money, trying to make a heavy workload fit within limited resources.
1. The motor wiring is connected incorrectly； 2. The motor power is mismatched, being lower than the power required by the equipment ； 3. Mechanical component failures, such as damage to motor bearings or the transmission parts of pump equipment, as well as improper assembly ； 4. Process-related reasons, such as excessive material flow rate in pumps, increased concentration of liquid materials, overpressure, etc ；
I think there are the following reasons: 1. The motor power is not matched (a 45KW motor was required, but a 22KW one was installed instead)； 2. The wiring of the motor is incorrect. 3. Issues with the mechanical components (gearboxes, couplings, etc.)
