The gauge settings have the quick-close valve set to 30%; when the secondary oil pressure reaches 0.2, the rotation speed should increase to 400–500 revolutions per minute. However, no rotation occurs under these conditions. The electric barring mechanism is working properly, so it’s not possible to proceed; otherwise, the machine shuts down. Additionally, the air valves respond slowly – what’s going on? I speculate that the problems might be as follows: 1. The valve stem is stuck; 2. There is air or compressed air in the throttle fuel circuit; 3. The screw of the process hole on the throttle spool has come loose; 4. The electro-hydraulic converter is faulty. Which of these possibilities do you think is the most likely? Or are there other possibilities?
Reply 1# afyl: Try adjusting the opening degree of the main steam valve manually, check the instruments yourself; if that doesn’t work, disassemble the old hydraulic actuator component

Based on the results of static testing, when the secondary oil pressure is 0.2 MPa, the opening degree of the speed control valve is 0; While driving, the secondary oil pressure is 0.2 MPa, and the opening degree of the speed control valve must also be 0. If the speed control valves are not opened, (and if they are well-sealed with no air leakage), how can the turbine have any rotational speed? ! When the control valve is set to 30% opening, the corresponding secondary oil pressure should be 1.5 + 0.3×(4.5–1.5) = 2.4 bar, which is equivalent to 0.24 MPa ; I’m not sure whether there is a corresponding relationship between the current signal and the secondary oil pressure in the static state
