I installed a PSA hydrogen purification unit; the original T3 time was 220 seconds, CO+CO2 levels were around 4 ppm, and the hydrogen content in the purified gas was 36%. When the T3 time was extended to 240 seconds, the impurity level of hydrogen purity was 3 ppm, and the hydrogen content in the purified gas increased to 43%. It should be that the longer the T3 time, the higher the hydrogen recovery rate and the lower the hydrogen content in the purge gas. What is the reason for this situation? We are the 8-1-4 program
The reason for the analysis is that it is sometimes inaccurate; furthermore, the T2 time should be adjusted in the 8-1-4 process
Why not consider 8-2-4? ? ?
