Our plant discharges thin slag from the regenerator, which has to be manually collected and transferred to the ammonia tank. Can anyone come up with a solution for transferring this thin slag from the regenerator directly into the ammonia tank? ? ?
I think I remember seeing this on the forum; it was mentioned in previous posts. The sludge is directly poured into the machine slot – try searching for posts about slag removal
Our company discharges sludge once a week: it is discharged from the regenerator into a horizontal tank, and from the bottom of this tank, pipes are used to pump it onto the tar ship! ~

The main reason for discharging diluted slag at present is that, if the slag is drained completely, it becomes difficult to handle (as it is a hazardous chemical, with special regulations regarding its purchase, sale, and transportation); therefore, it can only be mixed with coal for coking, which has an impact on both the site and the equipment ; The thin slag can be directly poured into the clarification tank as tar for disposal, without clogging the pipes.
