Reference answer: (1) Affect the desulfurization efficiency of the purified dry gas ； (2) Excessively high inlet and outlet temperatures of the dry gas cause the heavy hydrocarbons present in the dry gas to liquefy and remain in the amine solution, resulting in foaming of the amine solution ； (3) It makes it difficult to control the parameters of other parts inside the tower.
The operating temperature of the dry gas desulfurization tower is generally maintained at 40–45°C; a pressure of 1–1.5 MPa is selected for its operation. The number of trays in the dry gas desulfurization tower is increased appropriately, and the concentration of the MDEA solution is controlled at 25%–40%. Increase the temperature of the solvent regeneration tower; generally, the temperature at the top of the tower is 110°C and that at the bottom is 120°C. Reduce the pressure at the top of the solvent regeneration tower to 0.1 MPa. The hydrogen sulfide content in the dry gas is to be brought to the level of (10–30)×10-6.
