In which industries/enterprises are Ib series pipes mainly used? Are they common in the market? Only a very small range of pipe sizes is available; it ends at DN250. How were the standards for this range established in the first place?
Rounding the outer diameter of the Ia series to an integer gives the Ib series; this applies only up to DN250. For steel pipes with larger diameters, the Ia series is still used.
