The initial rainwater during the first 30 minutes is collected, treated, and then discharged; subsequent rainwater can be discharged directly. Basically, it serves a precipitation function; if acids or bases are involved within the factory area, neutralization is also required. Anyway, the environmental protection agency usually doesn’t care about rainwater; as long as you don’t carry out the wastewater from your accident tanks or the materials from your production facilities, you can discharge it!
Is the poster asking whether it refers to surface water standards or **first-class sewage standards?
National standard COD less than 100； There are landmarks with values below 80; in Suzhou, the value should be below 40 mg/L, or even lower
It should be the initial 15 minutes of rainwater; what rule says it has to be 30?
The discharge standards for rainwater are the same as those for wastewater after treatment before it is released.
