You can simply shrink the # symbol and place it in the superscript position. It’s a clumsy method, but it’s also the most straightforward and effective way; then define it as a block

The method is to use the bullet icon A (for multi-line text input) and enter it as R^a； Select “^a” again, then click Stack (the a/b option on the text input field), and that’s it.
