Information on urine tower explosions is easy to find; there have been only a few such incidents since 1976. However, information regarding leaks, failures, decommissioning, and the like is generally not available through public sources. Therefore, I hope those who have personal experience or knowledge on this topic can share it with me. Due to certain considerations, it’s not necessary to mention factory names, etc.; in my paper, I will use terms such as “a certain factory” or “a certain piece of equipment” instead. What I mainly need is a detailed description of the time period (which can be omitted if you think it’s not appropriate) and the details of the incident. Thank you all!
As a supplementary note, my thesis focuses on the risk assessment of urine towers. I collected these accident records in order to conduct a simple statistical analysis; after all, such information is generally not available in public sources. However, my thesis requires some such data for illustration, which is why I’m reaching out to everyone here for help
