In electrowinning copper production, the large volume of solution circulation results in poor performance of ultrasonic degreasers. Key investments are substantial. Could anyone share some good oil-removal methods and equipment? Thank you so much!

The advanced oil separator removes a portion of the oil, and then the mixture goes to the adsorption column. This column doesn’t require much space – around 260 kg of activated carbon is sufficient. This is exactly how we process 80 tons of copper per month

I use amine extraction here, and oil separators don’t work very well
