Now some manufacturers prefer to reduce staff while increasing efficiency. So, how many operators are truly necessary for a cryogenic hydrogenation unit?
Depending on the level of automation and the scale of the installation, they will definitely be different

I believe that reducing staff should not be what chemical companies focus on; instead, they should consider how to increase the level of automation and how to develop and improve employees’ skills. Usually it’s 5 people, just for the hydrogenation unit, when production is stable.
