Our company wants to set up a laboratory apparatus for wet denitration; it is necessary to heat a mixture of gases including nitrogen, oxygen, nitric oxide, and sulfur dioxide. It is required to be able to control the heating temperature with high precision within the range of room temperature to 100°C. The total flow rate of this gas mixture is 3 cubic meters per hour. After searching online, no heater that meets these requirements was found, so we plan to manufacture one ourselves. What type of heater would be suitable for this situation?

I did the calculations: it takes about 150 W of power to heat from room temperature to 100 degrees.
