Seek advice on the protection distance for defense optical cables

I’ve just come across a project involving the construction of an air station, but there is an underground defense fiber optic cable along the road. I’m not sure what specifications apply regarding the distance between the process facilities inside the station and that cable What is the distance from the structures to them? I would appreciate guidance from the experts. Thank you!
Personally, I think one should first contact the management unit of that optical cable to find out its purpose and whether there are any special requirements.
