Causes of boiler failures

This post was last edited by zgj2405 on 2011-3-11 08:21. During operation, the boiler suddenly malfunctions and shuts down, with only a flame-out error displayed. Inspections of the fans reveal no issues, and this has happened several times. Could someone please advise?
Is it showing that the engine has stopped, or is it a description of the actual situation?
The description is unclear, so it’s impossible to determine; the fact that there is no issue with the fan doesn’t mean that a shutdown fault won’t occur.
There are many reasons; it’s more likely that a certain device will have problems.
You bought a cheap one, right? The manufacturer displays all faults that occur in the burners as flame-out faults, so you have to check each component one by one: the flame detector, the program controller, the limit switches, the fan pressure, the air pressure switch (for gas), and so on – any of these components could be the cause of the problem.
Check all devices that have interlocks installed; sometimes these things can cause a lot of trouble
