Due to the **mandatory deadline for relocation, many tasks were not completed in time; coupled with our lack of experience in relocation, we failed to adequately account for various external factors. As a result, the deadline was set too tightly, which caused delays in the project’s construction, and it remains unfinished to this day. Building a 100,000-ton synthetic ammonia production plant takes between one year, in faster cases, and 1.5 to 2 years, in slower cases; the main factors affecting this timeline are civil construction work and the fabrication of high-pressure equipment.

Actually, what everyone is saying isn’t accurate; the key factor lies in funding. If the funds are available in a timely manner, the construction time for new projects will not exceed 1 year. Once the design is completed, both the equipment and infrastructure construction can begin simultaneously; a 100,000-ton facility can fully utilize second-hand equipment, eliminating the need to consider the processing time. Therefore, the construction period will not be too long; the key is whether the funds can be made available in a timely manner.
One and a half years is a reasonable period; starting from the date of commencement of construction, for the 300,000-ton synthetic ammonia project, it will be implemented in phases, with the first phase covering 100,000 tons of synthetic ammonia. But utilities need to be in place at once. The synthesis step also needs to be completed in one go. Most of the new constructions in these past two years fall within this cycle.
