Dimensions of refractory bricks: The inner diameter of the bricks facing the flame in a 2.8m gasification furnace is 838 mm, while that in a 3.2m gasification furnace is 1067 mm. The thickness and length of the bricks are more or less the same; the radial lengths are 228, 200, and 105 respectively (with variations depending on the inner diameter of the steel shell).
