I’m performing a distillation simulation with circulating flow, and the results always show \"results available with errors\". How can I change the convergence method to avoid these errors? I’d appreciate guidance from those who are more experienced in this area! !
Convergence selection in the setup-configuration of the tower
The convergence method for circulating flow is not the one mentioned above; that is the convergence method for towers. For circulating flow, it should be selected directly under the ‘convergence-conv option-default method-tears’ setting. There are WEGSTEIN, Newton, Broyden, etc. But I guess the reason is usually not related to the convergence method; it must be some other factor
Reply to 3#: I’m also stubborn. Indeed, the result remained the same even after changing the convergence method. . .
Could you upload the source file for everyone to see? If it’s a confidential matter, then no need.
Reply to 5#: I’m also quite stubborn; since I’m just starting out, I’m sorry I can’t share it. I hope that once I’ve improved my skills to an Aspen level, I’ll be able to share them at that time. I hope my fellow sailors can give me more guidance on any further questions!
Post the error messages from the Control Panel so everyone can see them, should work, right?
