Outlet flow rate and maximum sealing pressure of the centrifugal compressor unit

1. To measure the outlet flow rate, we use a Siemens flow meter, and the unit of measurement is MMSCMH. What does this unit mean? 2. The nameplate of the compressor unit indicates MAX SEALING PRESSURE 1440 PSI. What does MAX SEALING PRESSURE mean? My personal understanding is that it refers to the supply pressure of the dry gas seal gas, right? If so, then cannot the supply pressure for the dry gas seal exceed 1440 PSI? Since the dry gas seal air is taken from the outlet of the unit, does that mean the outlet pressure cannot exceed 1440 PSI?
The one above is likely some kind of unit of measurement; I’m not sure about the exact conversion. The one behind it refers to the maximum sealing pressure. .
This maximum sealing pressure should refer to the highest pressure that can be tolerated; in other words, the pressure at the shaft seal inside the compressor housing must not exceed 1440 psi (approximately 100 kilograms). Based on this, it can be inferred that the outlet pressure should also not exceed 1440 psi!
