Damn. It’s not a standard instrument; it’s just a digital communication terminal. It can’t even receive signals of 4–20mA, let alone output any signals.

There is a circuit testing option that includes 1) instrument setup, 2) instrument diagnosis and maintenance, 3) circuit testing. If you’re not sure how to use it, you can refer to the Rosemount transmitter manual; it basically involves steps 1 and 2
Let me correct a misconception: what the original poster asked was whether 375 could deliver power, and the answer confirmed that it couldn’t. You are referring to loop testing; the 375 can adjust the output current of the transmitter connected via HART control, rather than the output of the 375 itself. Also, I’m puzzled by LZ’s claim that the BT200 can output 4–20mA; I’ll go and verify it.
I’ve asked; the BT200 is the same as the 375 – it only performs circuit testing, and it cannot be separated from the transmitter, meaning it cannot be operated without power supplied to the transmitter
Neither 375 nor BT200 is capable of outputting a milliampere signal.
