It is the desulfurization cooling circulating water for ammonia synthesis; the flow rate of this water is 500 m3/h. The desulfurized water contains a high amount of suspended solids and is slightly yellow in color, with an SS level of 1500 mg/l. The levels of NH4-N and COD in this water are significantly above the allowable limits, making it impossible to discharge this water and replace it with fresh water. To solve this issue, an additional primary purifier is needed. It can handle 20% of the circulating water volume, that is, 100 M3/h; the suspended solids in the water are less than 100 mg/l. It is capable of removing 70% of sulfides and 60% of oil. Manufacturers who produce such equipment are requested to contact me. Thank you. Current desulfurization circulating water flow: desulfurization circulating water tank -- hot water pump -- cooling tower -- cooling water pump -- desulfurization cooling tower -- tank

Could you tell me the contact information upstairs?
Reply to 3# Red Storm: Please provide a contact method so I can learn more in detail and see if it’s possible to do this. My phone number is 13770565940; please send me a message
Reply to 1# Red Rush: In this situation, I think a ceramic membrane would be more suitable
It’s a shame we deal in mixing; you can make the mixing for me
