Diesel arrives at the port in winter; it has already condensed. The railway tank cars are single-wall containers, and heating can only be achieved by circulating hot oil. However, the dip pipes can only heat the middle part of the container, not its ends. Currently, a rake is used to stir the mixture back and forth. Are there any other feasible methods for handling this situation on site? Thank you
