There’s a small pump that has had its mechanical seal replaced many times since it was purchased. Tighten it sometimes. Sometimes I loosen it, but it still doesn’t work. It still cracks after not running for long. It doesn’t experience significant vibration either when the pump is started. The medium used for injection can also cool the mechanical seal. It starts to get hot after just over 30 minutes of operation. It cracked while doing that. It’s strange. There’s nothing that can be done even if the manufacturer comes. A small centrifugal pump with a rotation speed of 3000 revolutions per minute. Please help analyze what other situations might exist. It’s said to be a manufacturer issue. He keeps refusing to admit it. But I haven’t had the chance to go see it yet. I just saw others go there many times. That’s what I said when I came back. Conquered effortlessly.
It is recommended that the poster switch to a different machine seal provider. Production can’t be handled in this way!

I wonder if the temperature of the medium can truly be used to cool the mechanical seal; it is recommended to use self-sealing mechanisms or sealant water for cooling and sealing purposes
It could be a quality issue with the mechanical seal, or it may be caused by poor alignment between the pump and the motor.
Check the shaft alignment and the flushing flow rate! Rinsing is very important; if it’s not done properly, the mechanical seal will fail soon

" Without investigation, there’s no right to speak; how can you understand the issues if you don’t even go to the scene and rely only on what others say? ? It heats up in just 30 minutes; it’s definitely due to poor alignment or cavitation in the pump. Even high-quality mechanical seals can fail. If it’s not a alignment issue, then take a look for yourself at how the operator operates the pump. If the temperature rise is not normal after it starts operating properly, a water pipe can be used to cool the mechanical seal. Asking questions without even going to the scene yourself, sigh.
First, analyze each component individually to ensure proper assembly, that the working fluid is in place, and to confirm the model of the mechanical seal; only after that should the quality of the mechanical seal be assessed
Is the shaft end play too large/ is there excessive axial movement during operation?
Is the compression amount during installation correct? ? Is the coupling alignment within the specified range? Is there medium lubrication during startup? Is the pump being operated correctly? What is the impurity level of the medium? Are there cooling bypass pipes, and are the pipes unobstructed? What is the quality of the mechanical seal? Check one by one~~~~~
