I would like to ask everyone: when our designers were working on the design process, they mentioned that for the connection valves of the water coolers, holes need to be drilled in the valve bodies to prevent freezing. No way, why drill holes in the valve body? It will leak then. Is it a jacketed valve? The jacket is filled with a thermal insulation medium
It shouldn’t be drilling; it should be installing a pre-installed drainage valve instead
We do valve drilling quite often. . . But I’m not sure what the purpose of your drilling is; it wasn’t explained very clearly

Holes are drilled in the valve body to allow steam to flow through it for insulation
