Regarding the quotation for caustic soda equipment

We have received a order from Pakistan to manufacture a complete set of equipment for producing 30,000 tons of caustic soda, with a concentration of 32%-50%. We can only manufacture the main unit, the evaporator, and the heat exchanger. Is there any manufacturer that can produce pumps, valves, instruments, control systems, and associated piping? ? We haven’t done anything other than the main equipment; we’re not aware of the specifications or any other requirements. Could someone who knows more about this provide me with a quote? The hydrochloric acid plant is one of our main products, which mainly includes: “two-in-one or three-in-one graphite synthesis furnaces, graphite coolers, graphite falling film absorbers, exhaust gas towers, water jet injectors, etc.” If a PVC unit is required, we can supply all the graphite-based equipment needed for that PVC unit.

Reply to 4# weiiew3721: The caustic soda production facility indeed requires a hydrochloric acid synthesis system – you can’t possibly not be aware of that!
Reply to 9# Wang Genrong: The problem is that the poster already mentioned it’s the caustic soda side; 32–50% should be in the falling film evaporation section. The hydrochloric acid section you mentioned splits off from caustic soda after the electrolyzer
