AY pump, single-end supported. The vibration speed of the pump body is 2 mm/s, 11 mm/s at the bearings (horizontal direction), 7 mm/s in the vertical direction, and 3 mm/s axially. What should I do? The bearings have been inspected, and the inlet and outlet flanges have also been checked for misalignment; alignment is fine
Is there a problem if the net positive suction head does not meet the requirements regarding eccentricity?
How is the vibration at the bearing on the motor drive side? ?
The radial vibration is high; there are no issues with the bearings or alignment. It’s likely due to insufficient stiffness – this is a common problem with cantilever pumps, especially those of high power. It is recommended to reinforce the lower part of the bearing housing.
Was the pump shaft’s bending checked? Has the impeller balance been checked?
Has the poster checked the base foundation? The vibration at the bearing is so high; what is the temperature of the bearing?
Reply to 4# gaodi913: Hello, I thought of this issue as well; indeed, there is no reinforcement. The reinforcement plates are being manufactured. I think that even with reinforcement, the amplitude might decrease, but the vibration velocity is unlikely to change much.
This is a Taixin pump, with low motor shaft vibration. The bearings are lubricated by oil mist, and the shaft temperature is normal.
