Could you recommend some manufacturers that are good at producing PTFE-lined valves, including ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, and globe valves? Thank you. Our working medium is a circulating cleaning fluid with a dust content of < 1%, an acid concentration of < 1%, and a Cl- content of 4000–8000 ppm. The temperature of the medium ranges from 35 to 53°C. The nominal diameter ranges from DN50 to DN300, the operating pressure is up to 600 kPa, the nominal pressure is PN1.0, and the actuation method is manual
For butterfly valves, my choice is Jiangnan Valves – they’re great. I once saw an advertisement for a company in Wenzhou that specializes in Diflurone, seemingly focusing on valves lined with fluorine material.
