How to address the issue of excessive graphite formation in the lower half of the coke side carbonization chamber
Check whether the lower half of the firebox wall on the coke-side is at a higher temperature, and verify whether the pressure in the gas collection duct is within normal ranges; is the coking time too short?
Inadequate vertical heating in the coke oven causes the flame to burn concentratedly at the lower part of the carbonization chamber, resulting in easy graphite formation in that area.
