Can the flow control valve and vent valve for delivering oxygen from the 43,000 capacity air separation unit to the users be connected in a cascade configuration?

It is generally recommended to link the oxygen vent valve with an interlock switch for shutting down the gasification furnace; that is, when the gasification furnace is completely shut down, the oxygen supply valve should be fully closed, while the vent valve should be opened to a certain degree as determined by the flow rate specifications. It’s more convenient to control the oxygen pressure using the oxygen pump return valve!
