In the industrial gasification process, how is the removal of organic sulfur compounds such as CS2, COS, thiols, and thiophenes achieved? What process is used to convert it into H2S, and then is it removed together with the H2S produced by gasification? Thank you very much~~

We are working on a urea project; in the conversion section, a medium-temperature hydrolysis furnace has been installed to hydrolyze organic sulfur into inorganic sulfur at 230 degrees, followed by removal of sulfur in the conversion gas desulfurization section. The hydrolysis equation is as follows: COS + H2O (vapor) = CO2 + H2S ； CS2+2H2O=CO2+2H2S
Hydrogenation conversion can be carried out using cobalt-molybdenum or iron-molybdenum catalysts to convert organic sulfur into hydrogen sulfide.
