The leak pressure difference in the dry gas seal is increasing gradually; what effective measures can be taken?
If it is necessary for production, and to prevent shutdown due to interlocks, a bypass line can be activated to reduce the leakage backpressure and maintain production; if possible, it is best to shut down the equipment in order to replace the seal with a spare one
1. If it’s not possible to stop the vehicle, let some leak out and use a flare to burn it off. Strengthen monitoring ； 2. If the leakage is even greater, the interlock can be disabled first ； 3. Install a valve on the outlet pipeline of the flare stack; by adjusting the opening degree of this valve, the vent flow rate can be controlled in order to maintain the required leakage pressure difference. 4. If nothing else works, just stop the car and switch.
Stop the chain and discharge through a bypass to maintain the pressure difference between the outlet and the inlet.
What was mentioned above are all temporary solutions that should be dealt with as soon as possible; there should be no delay.

Is the pressure difference in the torch line pipeline keeping rising? The pipeline flow meter has a throttle orifice. If the flow rate does not increase or even decreases slightly, it indicates that the pipeline is blocked; open a bypass to reduce the pressure ； If necessary, control the amount of secondary sealing gas to regulate stress. If both the flow rate and pressure difference increase, it indicates a leak in the primary seal, and repairs should be carried out as soon as possible.
