Our plant has a 16-ton waste heat boiler; in the past, ash removal was carried out using wall vibrators, but the results were not satisfactory. It’s now a vibration motor, and the performance is good.
Regardless of the method used to remove ash from the waste heat boiler, it remains a challenging task. Our approach is to regularly check whether the load-transferring rods inside the boiler are in good condition, and to enhance manual shaking to facilitate ash removal.
