I’m still hesitating because I have no experience in this industry, which involves the design and development of complete sets of equipment and processes, as well as technical services. The department in this company is still in its early stages, but the salary offered is quite good. That’s why I’m still considering it. Actually, I just want to know everyone’s opinion on the future prospects of this industry, what the career opportunities are for those working in process design, and which companies are well-known in this field. For young people who have just graduated, it’s a great option to pursue design studies; it will be very helpful for their future careers. As for which industry, I don’t think it matters much, because the knowledge applicable to various industries is interconnected. If you love this field, stick with it; gaining some experience will be helpful for your future development. Working in the chemical industry is tough, but since you are engaged in chemical engineering design, things should be fine for you. I really envy you for being able to start working in design right after graduation – many managers begin their careers by working in production.
