I’m not sure what type of coking you’re referring to. Let me explain the reasons for coking in our case: 1. Fuel accumulates locally on the burner nozzles, fuel beds, or heating surfaces in the boiler; under high temperature and low oxygen conditions, the volatiles in this fuel evaporate, resulting in the formation of caked deposits. 2. Excessively high temperatures, or sudden spikes in temperature, can also lead to coking. 3. In vacuum systems, low vacuum levels combined with the evaporation of certain substances cause them to be carried away by the vacuum. Over time, coking occurs at the bends in the vacuum pipes, and tar is produced as a result

There will be no coking; the temperature isn’t that high. By coking you’re referring to what is carried up from the bottom of the tower
