We have just started producing such products, but they turn yellow after being made. How can this problem be solved?
Store PVC hoses in a place free from sunlight. If the newly produced products turn yellow, it might be due to the raw materials or your manufacturing process.
There is a problem with the processing formula: PVC itself does not have good weather resistance, so modification is required during processing. Additives such as heat stabilizers, antioxidants, or UV-resistant modifiers are required.
