In which book can I find the minimum bending radius for American-made stainless steel pipes? Thank you!
Let the outer diameter of the pipe be D, and the minimum bending radius be R. 1 Seamless steel pipes: when D20, R=3D. 2 Stainless steel pipes: with sand filling, R=3.5D; heated with oxy-acetylene flame, R=2.5D (with wrinkles on one side); cold bent without sand filling, R=4D. 3. Red copper or yellow steel pipes: R=2D. 4. Aluminum and its alloy pipes: R=2.5D. The minimum bending radius for metal pipes varies depending on the wall thickness; the thinner the wall thickness, the larger the minimum bending radius. The specific data can be found in the mechanical design manual.

For small-diameter pipes, some manufacturers should be able to achieve 1.5D
