This situation will occur over time. Unbalanced flame combustion and localized carbon deposition on the catalyst can lead to localized high temperatures, causing creep in the furnace tubes and resulting in certain degrees of bending deformation.
Is the furnace tube temperature normal? Excessive tube temperature may cause bending; is there nothing wrong with the suspension brackets for the upper tubes?
During shutdown, inspect the furnace tubes for cracks and deformations; if they are rated B+, replacement should be considered, while tubes rated C must be replaced
