Selection of exhaust gas measurement instruments

Our company uses gas meters that have a measurement capacity of 16 m3/h; they break after being used for some time. Are there any other measuring devices that can be used? (The reason for the problem might be excessive exhaust pressure or instability.)

There are several types: swirl vortex meters, Yokogawa vortex meters, and thermal mass flow meters.
